Landshypotek is a mutually owned lending institution for owners of farm and forest properties, with more than 50,000 member-owners.

During the 175 years since our founding, we have maintained the same objective: to offer the best financing terms possible, and ensure that we do so on the members' own terms.

Members own, decide on, and split the profits

As a member, you can influence how Landshypotek operates. The business exists for you, and isn't about satisfying the profit demands of outside stockholders. The surplus from operations is distributed in the form of dividends, the size of which is decided at the annual meeting.
