Contributed Capital Account

Your contributed capital account has a deposit ceiling. This means that when your account has a balance equal to 8% of your capital debt, any excess sum will be transferred to your members’ savings account.
The balance in your contributed capital account is paid out after the first Landshypotek AGM to take place two years after your membership has been terminated. Termination of membership occurs on December 31 of the year in which you pay off all existing loans.
At that time, the money is transferred to your members’ savings account. You can then decide if you want to withdraw the funds immediately or let them remain in the account.
