The interest rate on your contributed capital account is decided by Landshypotek’s Annual General Meeting.

The AGM also decides how much of the interest will be deposited to your contributed capital account and how much to your members’ savings account.

As a borrower, you are also a member and can thereby make your views known. That’s yet another advantage of the co-operative idea that is the foundation of our enterprise.
